Bennett Oyster Bar
Bennett offers a classic seafood-led brasserie experience, an oyster bar, a wine and spirit store and a quintessentially British dining patio garden all with the aim of showcasing the very best ingredients from around the British Isles.
The stylish 90-seater Brasserie offers a mix of traditional British favourites and classic French brasserie dishes using seasonal british produce. At its centre is a visually striking bar serving a delicious selection of crustacea spearheaded by plump and succulent native oysters all sourced from nationally renowned suppliers.
Customers can choose to sit at the copper top bar or our marble oyster counter, and enjoy a dozen native oysters with a glass of Champagne.

Customers can experience extraordinary fine wines in the wine cellar or through our wine sampling machine. All the produce that is used in the dishes or sell is farmed, caught or fished in and around the British Isles. From winter brussel sprouts to summer cherries, autumn chestnuts and native oysters right through to spring lamb and beans.
