Recently new to the Chelsea Brasserie & Bar, Head Chef, Simon Henbery (formerly Head Chef at Fifteen) presents a fantastic, refreshing and modern seasonal twist to our existing European menu with signature dishes such as Loch Duart salmon, creamed leeks, girolles and black truffle and Devonshire crab, cucumber and radish salad with tomato jelly.
